Strawberries ‘N Cream
- 1 pound Strawberries, Hulled
- 1/2 cups Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/4 cups Whipping Cream
- 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Scraped
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- Rinse, dry, and hull the strawberries.
- With a hand mixer, start on low, and beat together the mascarpone and whipping cream for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for 30 seconds longer.
- Cut and scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean. Add the vanilla beans and sugar to the cream mixture. Beat on medium to combine.
- Line a tall cup with a gallon sized zip lock bag. Transfer the vanilla bean cream mixture to the bag, easing the mixture to one of the bottom corners. Cut a small tip from this bottom corner of the zip lock bag. Pipe the filling into each hulled strawberry.
- Try not to pipe the filling directly into your mouth. Enjoy!
- Note: In the event that you cannot find mascarpone cheese, I'm sure regular old cream cheese would work too.
