Strawberries ‘N Cream

  1. Rinse, dry, and hull the strawberries.
  2. With a hand mixer, start on low, and beat together the mascarpone and whipping cream for about 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for 30 seconds longer.
  3. Cut and scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean. Add the vanilla beans and sugar to the cream mixture. Beat on medium to combine.
  4. Line a tall cup with a gallon sized zip lock bag. Transfer the vanilla bean cream mixture to the bag, easing the mixture to one of the bottom corners. Cut a small tip from this bottom corner of the zip lock bag. Pipe the filling into each hulled strawberry.
  5. Try not to pipe the filling directly into your mouth. Enjoy!
  6. Note: In the event that you cannot find mascarpone cheese, I'm sure regular old cream cheese would work too.
