Chicken Broccoli Bake
- 8 chicken breasts with skin
- 3 c. water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Put chicken breasts, water, bay leaves and celery salt in large pot and simmer for 1 hour.
- Cool and discard liquid, skin and bones.
- Cook broccoli to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In saucepan, mix milk, soft cream cheese, salt, garlic salt and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Stir; cook until thick.
- Put broccoli in bottom of greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish and pour in 1 cup sauce.
- Put in shredded chicken and pour in remaining sauce. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
