Chicken Broccoli Bake

  1. Put chicken breasts, water, bay leaves and celery salt in large pot and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Cool and discard liquid, skin and bones.
  3. Cook broccoli to package directions; drain and set aside.
  4. In saucepan, mix milk, soft cream cheese, salt, garlic salt and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
  5. Stir; cook until thick.
  6. Put broccoli in bottom of greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish and pour in 1 cup sauce.
  7. Put in shredded chicken and pour in remaining sauce. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
