Frozen Oreo Cheesecakes
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 16 whole Oreo Cookies
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 16 ounces, weight Light Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Light Sour Cream
- 7 whole Oreo Cookies, Coarsely Chopped
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F. Put 16 liners in a muffin pan.
- For the crust, simply place an Oreo in the bottom of each liner.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, beating to combine. Lastly, beat in sour cream and stir in chopped cookies by hand.
- Fill cookie-lined muffin cups with prepared filling. Bake about 20-25 minutes or until filling is set.
- Cool completely and place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy.
- (Feel free to double the recipe if you are making these for a crowd, because they will be wildly popular.)
