Granola & Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 1/3 cups Dried Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 4 cups Total Of Your Preferred Add-ins (e.g. Chocolate Chips, Granola, Raisins, Coconut, Dried Fruit)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Beat until fluffy. Then, add, liquid milk and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Slowly mix in flour, dried milk, and cinnamon. Beat until dough is formed. Add your favorite add-ins and stir well.
- Scoop approximately 1/4-cup sections of dough onto prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly brown.
