Homemade Chocolate Fudge Cake
- 1-1/2 cup Rolled Oats, Finely Processed
- 3/4 cups Cake Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 3/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Coffee Grinds
- 1/4 cups Egg White Substitute
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 pieces (14g Size) Perfect Fuel Chocolate (or 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and coat a 9x9-inch cake pan, or a round cake pan with nonstick spray.
- Place rolled oats in food processor and blend until you have a flour mixture. Transfer to a large bowl and add cake flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa, and coffee grinds. Stir well.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add in sugar and continue to beat. Pour in milk. Mix in yogurt and vanilla.
- Make a well in the flour mixture and incorporate wet ingredients. Lastly, fold in chopped pieces or shavings of your Perfect Fuel Chocolate (or other chocolate you wish to use). Stir well.
- Pour cake batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (times vary depending on type of pan). Remove from oven and let cool in the pan. Serve warm (or cold!).
