Peach Sweet Potato Smoothie

  1. 1. Cut the previously roasted and cooled sweet potato in half. Put the other half back in the refrigerator for later use. Cut the remaining half in chunks then put it in a blender.
  2. 2. Add frozen peach slices, butternut squash, walnuts, banana, ground flax meal, yogurt and milk. Put the lid on and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour it into your favorite breakfast smoothie glasses. Garnish with ground ginger if desired.
