Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

  1. For the topping:
  2. Mix brown sugar and flour in a bowl. Cut in peanut butter and butter till crumbly. Set aside
  3. For the cake:
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13x9 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Add milk, peanut butter, eggs and butter. Beat with a mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
