Janice'S Spaghetti Pie
- 6 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Cook
- spaghetti;
- drain and add butter.
- Cool slightly; add beaten
- eggs
- and grated cheese.
- Form crust in a buttered 10-inch pie
- platetf
- spaghetti.tover with cottage cheese. Brown beef; drain and add onion and pepper.
- Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar, salt
- and
- oregano;
- heat through and pour into spaghetti crust. Bake,
- uncovered,
- at
- 350u0b0
- for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake until melted.
