Simply Delicious Crawfish Casserole

  1. In a double boiler, melt stick of margarine and add cubed cream cheese.
  2. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine and saute crawfish tails, onions, bell pepper and mushrooms until seasonings are limp.
  4. Add the mushroom soup and cooked rice.
  5. Stir in garlic salt and peppers.
  6. Add the cream cheese and margarine mixture to crawfish mixture.
  7. Stir and check for seasoning.
  8. Put in greased casserole dish.
  9. Top with grated Velveeta cheese and fried onion rings.
  10. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  11. Serves 8.
