Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 325u0b0F.
  2. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs one at a time, followed by the bananas.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (flour through salt) in a smaller bowl. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon the batter into a buttered standard size (9x5 or similar) loaf pan, sprinkle with some additional chocolate chips and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  5. Best served cut in slices for breakfast and spread with a little butter or honey.
