Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (Healthy)
- 3/4 cups Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Brummel And Brown (or Other Buttery Spread)
- 3/4 cups Splenda
- 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Breeze (or Milk)
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Drop cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the cookies at around 10 minutes. At 10 minutes, flatten the cookies with your hand or a spatula and place back into the oven.
- Cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
