Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Bars!
- FOR THE BARS:
- 1 package (18 Oz. Size) Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Chocolate Chips
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
- 2. Combine cake mix, melted butter, peanut butter and eggs in a large bowl. Press into a 9 x 13 pan, reserving 1 3/4 cup of the mixture to crumble on top.
- 3. For the chocolate layer, in a small sauce pan, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- 4. Spread chocolate mixture over the pressed batter in the pan and then crumble the remaining batter on top evenly. Swirl with a spoon.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes and cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Serve with milk. These bars are seriously rich!
