Spicy Shrimp And Linguine

  1. Peel and devein shrimp and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Saute shrimp, celery and onion in oil in a large skillet, about 3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink.
  5. Add tomatoes and next four ingredients, stirring well.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  8. Toss with linguine.
  9. Yields 3 servings.
