Turkey Salad Burritos
- 2 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. picante sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 soft flour tortillas (7 to 8 inches)

- black olives for garnish
- In medium mixing bowl, combine turkey, celery, onion, black olives and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together salad dressing, picante sauce and salt.
- Pour sauce over turkey mixture; blend well.
- Spoon filling onto tortillas; wrap burrito-style.* Heat in 13 x 9 x 3-inch baking pan at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly warmed or microwave each burrito 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on High.
- Serve with additional picante sauce; garnish with black olives.
- Yield: 4 servings.
