Nutty Bars
- 1 cup Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 4 whole Wafer Sheets (round Or Square)
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
- 8 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 4-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on one wafer sheet. Place another wafer sheet over the peanut butter and repeat, until you end with a wafer on top (4 layers). Wrap in foil and place a heavy book over the foil to allow the layers to smoosh together!
- To make the chocolate, melt the butter with heavy cream, vanilla and corn syrup over medium heat. Decrease heat to low, add in chocolate morsels and whisk smooth. Remove from heat, continue whisking while adding in powdered sugar.
- Cut wafer sheets into pie shapes (unless you found square sheets, then cut into bars or bite-size pieces). Dip each nutty bar into the chocolate, spread thinly.
- Allow to set, eat, enjoy, repeat.
