Coconut Macaroon Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Combine the oats, coconut and salt in a large bowl. Combine the oil, milk, and extracts in a small bowl and combine until mixed. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  2. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray. Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove the pan from the oven to stir the granola, mixing it up well so that it is baked evenly. Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown and the coconut is toasted.
  3. Store in airtight containers.
