Congo Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Use a food processor to grind the crackers into crumbs. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. Pulse to combine. Pour in the melted butter. Pulse to combine.
  3. Press the crust mixture into a 9 x 9 glass baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0F for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, fold together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut, both chocolates, and the nuts.
  6. Spread evenly over the crust.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0F for 20 minutes more.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and enjoying with a cold glass of milk.
