Pasta With Italian Sausage Sauce

  1. Wash kale and tear leaves off stems.
  2. Cut into bite size pieces (discard stems).
  3. Crumble sausage from casings into a large nonstick skillet. Stir over medium-high heat about 3 minutes until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon onto plate.
  4. Add kale to skillet and toss about 45 seconds until bright green. Stir flour into broth.
  5. Add to kale and bring to a boil.
  6. Add tomatoes into skillet.
  7. Drain beans and add along with the crushed red pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Add sausage and simmer 1 minute longer. Toss with hot pasta.
  9. Serves 5.
