Asian Dumpling Soup

  1. Saute onions and carrots in 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat until onions become translucent. Add chicken stock and ginger and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes, then add frozen wontons/potstickers. Simmer until wontons are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, and salt/peper to taste. Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle fresh scallions on top of individual servings.
  2. Change up the flavour by changing out the wontons/potstickers for different varieties!
