Peanut Butter Apple Bread
- FOR THE BREAD:
- 1/2 cups Apple Sauce
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cups Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Apple (about 1 Apple)
- 1 whole Banana, Mashed
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1/4 cups Oats
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/8 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- For the bread, mix all of the wet ingredients and fruit together in a large bowl. In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together, and then transfer to the large wet ingredient bowl, folding gently to combine. Pour the bread mixture into a prepared loaf pan. Set aside.
- For the topping, combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl (it will make a sticky crumble). Sprinkle on top of the bread mixture. Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for 50-55 minutes (or until the bread is firm to the touch, and lightly browned). Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy!
