Hot And Spicy Beef Salad
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1/2 pounds Salad Greens Of Your Choice
- 1 whole Big Carrot
- 1/4 pounds Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Grounded Beef
- Canola Oil, To Cook The Meat
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree (optional)
- Hot Sauce E.g. Sriracha, To Serve

- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
- 10 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 10 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1. Rinse and dry the salad greens, either with a paper towel or a salad spinner. Peel and rasp the carrot, using your kitchen rasp and a little bowl.
- 2. Using another bowl, rasp the cheddar cheese.
- 3. In a non-stick fry pan, heat up some canola oil and cook the grounded beef. Add some salt, pepper and tomato puree if you like.
- 4. Place salad, carrots and cheese on your plate. Mix a smooth vinaigrette from vinegar, oil and mustard and add it. Now arrange the beef on your delicious salad and spread some hot sauce over it.
