Crab Imperial
- 1 12 oz. pkg. large shells
- 2 7 oz. cans crab meat
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. whole wheat cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- paprika
- Cook shells as directed.
- Combine crab, celery, pimento and wine.
- Toss with shells.
- Place in 3 quart baking dish.
- Blend mayonnaise, half and half, and seasonings.
- Pour over shells. Garnish with buttered crumbs and paprika.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Makes 8 one cup servings.
