Kumquat Ginger Snaps (Gluten Free)

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix the flour and baking soda together. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  4. 4. Add eggs, molasses, honey, and kumquats (in that order) to the butter/sugar mixture. Mix well.
  5. 5. Now add the vinegar and spices.
  6. 6. Finally, slowly mix in the flour mixture just until incorporated.
  7. 7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, roll dough into 1-inch balls and space evenly apart on the baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
