Pecan Pie Trifle Dessert
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 cups Cool Whip , Thawed
- 1 whole Pecan Pie, Cubed, Store Bought Or Your Favorite Recipe
- 1/2 cups Caramel Ice Cream Topping
- 1 cup Toasted Pecans, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Heath Brickle Bits
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Ice Cream Topping
- Mix the softened cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth.
- Place some of the pie cubes in the bottom of a 4 quart trifle dish or your favorite tall 4 quart glass bowl. You want it to cover the bottom, but it doesn't have to be perfect.
- Spread part of the cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture over the pie cubes. (Again it does not have to be perfect).
- Drizzle the caramel topping on top. Sprinkle on some chopped pecans and Heath bits. Place more pie cubes.
- Drizzle on the chocolate topping. Sprinkle on more chopped pecans and Heath bits.
- You can repeat layers as many times as you like or until your bowl is full.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours before serving.
- Note: You can find the chocolate Heath bits in your grocery store but it may be seasonal. They do have the plain brickle bits most of the year. You also may need to alter the quantity of ice cream topping depending on your taste and size of your bowl.
