Apple Butterscotch Bread
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Apples, Peeled, Cored, And Diced
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 2 Tablespoons To 3 Tablespoons Milk, If Needed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan (I used a glass one).
- In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then in another bowl, combine oil, sugars, egg, vanilla and apples. Then add to the dry ingredients and combine. I had to add a little milk here (2 to 3 tablespoons) to loosen the dough a tad. You may need to also. Then stir in the butterscotch chips.
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Enjoy!
