Beef Tacos

  1. Crumble ground beef into 4 cup measure.
  2. Cover loosely and microwave on High (100%) until very little pink remains, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  3. Break up and drain.
  4. Stir in onion, chilies, salt, cumin and garlic.
  5. Microwave uncovered until hot and onion is tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Toss avocado and lemon juice; stir avocado and tomato into beef mixture.
  7. Spoon into taco shells.
  8. Top with sour cream and cheese.
  9. Serve with taco sauce if desired.
  10. Makes 2 servings.
