Peppermint Chocolate Pancakes
- 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cups Chocolate Chip Mixture (white And Milk)
- 1/4 teaspoons Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 cups Milk
- Crushed Peppermint Candies, Chocolate Chips And Syrup For Toppings
- 1. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Set aside.
- 2. Combine peppermint extract and milk in another bowl.
- 3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- 4. Mix to combine.
- 5. Heat a griddle or similar pan over medium heat on the stovetop. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan (you can do multiples at a time if you have room in your pan).
- 6. When bubbles start to form on the top, flip pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the other side is brown.
- 7. Serve with crushed peppermint and more chocolate chips.
