No Fuss Salad

  1. Thinly slice or shred all the vegetables and keep them in separate bowls (otherwise the beets will stain the rest of the vegetables).
  2. If necessary, chop the nuts in smaller pieces, and put them aside.
  3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the lemon juice. Add the chopped fresh herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serving directions: In a bowl, mix all the vegetables together. Add the nuts and the seeds. Add the dressing and mix again. Serve.
