A+ Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Juice Or Water
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- Cream butter and peanut butter. Beat in sugars and mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, then orange juice and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together, and fold into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate cookie dough for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 14 minutes, or until the cookies are starting to brown.
