Turkey Ham And Wild Rice Salad

  1. Combine turkey ham and cooled rice mixture in a large bowl. Peel and cube avocados and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Remove seeds from tomatoes and dice.
  3. Mix avocados, tomatoes and green onion with turkey ham and rice.
  4. Combine vinegar, oil and pepper; pour over salad.
  5. Mix lightly and chill.
