Turkey Lasagna

  1. 1. Brown turkey in a large skillet, drain off fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, sweet basil, garlic
  2. salt, and pepper.
  3. 2. Bring to a vigorous simmer while stirring. Reduce heat
  4. and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  5. 3. In an ungreased 9 x 13 pan, layer noodles, cottage
  6. cheese mixture, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Repeat
  7. layers, the meat sauce then mozzarella cheese should be
  8. the last layer.
  9. 4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 15
  10. minutes before cutting.
