Coconut, Chocolate, Cherry Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine oats, salt, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and nuts. Set aside.
  3. In a small sauce pot over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Once melted, whisk in the agave nectar and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir until well coated.
  4. Pour evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at the 10-minute mark. Your kitchen will begin to smell like heaven on earth.
  5. After baking, allow to cool completely. Work in the dried cherries and coconut flakes. Serve with a splash of milk.
