108 Calorie “Ice Cream” Sandwich!
- 1-1/2 cup Skim Milk
- 1 package Low-Fat Vanilla Pudding (6 Oz Pkg)
- 1 package Low-Fat Dessert Topping, Like Cool Whip (12 Oz Pkg), Thawed For About 15 Minutes
- 1 package (14 Oz. Size) Low-fat Graham Crackers, You'll Need About 20 Sheets
- 1. Put the cold skim milk into a large bowl. Pour the pudding mix into the milk. Note this is only half the milk that is called for on the pudding recipe.
- 2. Beat until it starts to thicken.
- 3. Add in the dessert topping (make sure this has time to thaw out, and is not just straight out of the freezer. You can leave it out 15 minutes and that should be about right.)
- 4. Beat the dessert topping into the pudding mixture until smooth.
- 5. Break each sheet of graham crackers in half so you have 2 squares per sheet. Spread out the graham crackers on a cookie sheet and add the filling to half of them. Top with the other graham crackers.
- 6. Pop into the freeze until hardened. Then put the sandwiches into a plastic container with a sheet of wax paper between each row!
