Pancake (From Scratch) With Strawberry

  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar and baking powder). Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine together milk, melted butter and egg. Pour dry ingredients into the milk mixture. Mix until the whole mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly oil the pan or griddle.
  4. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter on the pan. Use the back of a spoon to shape the pancake round. Cook until the surface of the pancake has some bubbles, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip pancake with the help of a spatula.
  5. Cook until the pancake is golden brown. Top with strawberries and syrup; pancake is ready to serve.
