Pancake (From Scratch) With Strawberry
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- Fresh Strawberries, For Topping
- Syrup, For Topping
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar and baking powder). Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine together milk, melted butter and egg. Pour dry ingredients into the milk mixture. Mix until the whole mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly oil the pan or griddle.
- Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter on the pan. Use the back of a spoon to shape the pancake round. Cook until the surface of the pancake has some bubbles, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip pancake with the help of a spatula.
- Cook until the pancake is golden brown. Top with strawberries and syrup; pancake is ready to serve.
