Texas King Ranch Chicken

• 1 (13 oz.) bag Doritos (taco flavored)
• 1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, stewed, boned and chunked
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 small can Pet milk
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
• 3/4 c. chopped sweet green peppers
• 3/4 c. chopped onion
• 3/4 lb. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese

1. Crush Doritos fine.
2. Line buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with half of the Doritos.
3. Do not use smaller, deeper dish.
4. Mix well both soups, Ro-Tel and Pet milk.
5. Place half of this mixture on top of crushed Doritos.
6. Next, add half of other ingredients in the following order:
7. chicken, onion, green peppers and grated cheese.
8. Repeat this same procedure.
9. Set in refrigerator overnight.
10. Bake at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes.
