Shrimp Oriental Salad

  1. In large pan, mix vinegar, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and red pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add 1/3 of shrimp; cook quickly (2 to 3 minutes).
  4. Remove with slotted spoon.
  5. Cook rest of shrimp, 1/3 at a time.
  6. Reserve liquid; cover and refrigerate until next day.
  7. Mix with the rest of ingredients and serve.
  8. Can add sesame seed or walnuts.
  9. Serve with sesame bread and mineral water.
