Cherry Covered Brownie Cupcakes
- 1 box (about 18 Oz. Box) Brownie Mix, Prepared (You'll Typically Need Water, Eggs, And Oil, As Directed In The Mix Package)
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Cherry Chip Cake Mix
- 1-1/4 cup Water
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/3 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 tub (16 Oz. Tub) Butter Cream Frosting
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Sprinkles (optional)
- 1.treheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line your cupcake tin.
- 2.tlace a 1 inch x 1 inch brownie into each cupcake liner.
- 3.tn a large bowl combine cherry chip cake mix, water, eggs and butter.
- 4.tour about 1/3 cup of batter over each brownie. Once all cups are full, gently shake to make sure the batter gets all around the brownie.
- 5.took for 17-19 minutes or until done.
- 6.temove and let cool.
- 7.tnce completely, cool frost. In a medium bowl, scoop out the butter cream frosting and add the vanilla, almond extract and powdered sugar. Mix until completely combined. Add desired sprinkles if desired.
- 8.tipe onto cupcakes and devour.
