Chocolate Glazed Donut Bites

  1. For the donut bites:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  3. Combine all the dry ingredients (flour through brown sugar) in a large bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together wet ingredients (milk through oil) starting with 3 tablespoons milk* (you'll use the extra tablespoon in a second, only if needed).
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine with a spatula. If the mixture is too dry, add the additional tablespoon of milk. Batter will be thick, like a muffin consistency.
  6. Spoon batter into mini muffin pan, filled 3/4 of the way in each.
  7. Bake for 7-8 minutes then pull the pan out of the oven. Remove donut bites from pan and cool on a wire rack.
  8. For the chocolate glaze:
  9. Combine all of the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with a spoon until smooth. Once donut bites are completely cooled, dip tops into icing and top with sprinkles.
