Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Cut out stems of peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Boil peppers for 5 minutes in salted water; drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. Put celery, onion and ground turkey in skillet.
  5. Saute celery and onion, being careful not to burn.
  6. Brown the turkey.
  7. Add the rice, sauce and spices; let simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Fill the peppers with the rice mixture; top with grated cheese.
  9. Place in a half inch of water in a baking dish.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 until peppers are tender and cheese is browned, about 30 minutes.
