Chai Tea Frozen Yogurt
- 2 bags Chai Tea (individual Size Bags)
- 3/4 cups Water
- 32 ounces, weight Vanilla Yogurt (I Used Greek)
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Cardamom
- 1 pinch Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- This recipe makes about 4 cups of frozen yogurt.
- In a mug, brew 2 chai tea bags in the 3/4 cup water according to package instructions. When done remove it from heat and let it cool completely.
- By hand, gently mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the sugar last if you are going to use it. Start with 1 tablespoon but you can use 2 tablespoons at the most. You really don't need the sugar, I just think it makes the chai flavor stand out.
- Process according to your ice cream maker instructions. And stand by with a spoon to taste test as it is churning, trust me, you won't be able to control yourself!
- Enjoy!
