Maple-Nut Granola
- 2-1/2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, almonds and flax seed. In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup, water and coconut oil. Pour mixture over oat mixture and stir until combined. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Continue to bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes more. Stir in cranberries. Let cool completely.
