Apricot And Mango Breakfast Bars

  1. Mix together the first 6 ingredients (oatmeal, both flours, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter). Remove 1 firmly packed cup of mixture and put into another bowl. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a well greased 9" square pan.
  2. To the reserved mixture add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread on top of the mixture in the pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (180C) for 35-40 minutes . Cut into squares while still warm.
