Sicilian Meat Roll

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. On foil, pat meat to a 10 x 18-inch rectangle.
  3. Arrange ham slices atop meat, leaving room on the edges.
  4. Reserve 2 slices of cheese.
  5. Tear up remaining cheese; place over ham.
  6. Starting from short end, carefully roll up meat, using foil to lift and seal edges and ends.
  7. Place roll, seam side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
  9. (Center will be pink due to ham.)
  10. Slice cheese; melt approximately 2 minutes.
