Pimm’S & Lemonade
- 1 slice Apple
- 1 slice Lemon
- 1 slice Orange
- 1 slice Cucumber
- 2 whole Strawberries
- 4 leaves Fresh Mint
- Ice
- 3 ounces, fluid Pimm's No. 1 Cup Gin
- 6 ounces, fluid Lemonade (or Champagne)
- Tonic Water (if Using Lemonade)
- Cut slices of apple, lemon, orange, cucumber and strawberry in small enough pieces to fit in a glass. Take all your slices of fruit and put them in the bottom of a glass. Top fruit with a sprig of fresh mint and lashings of ice.
- Next, pour in two shots of Pimm's No. 1 cup Gin and four shots of either strong lemonade or champagne of your choice.
- Notes:
- If you use lemonade to make this drink, make this in a large glass so you can top up the rest of the cocktail with tonic water.
- For a true British experience, connoisseurs prefer using champagne instead of traditional lemonade and tonic water. Pour champagne slowly as it bubbles up quite fast.
- For larger quanities, simply double (or triple) the recipe and mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher.
- Stir all ingredients together and serve.
