Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups Margarine
- 3-1/2 cups White Granulated Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Cocoa
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1-1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda, making sure there are no lumps.
- Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture until everything is doughy and chocolaty. Add chocolate chips.
- Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheets and bake about 10 minutes (a little less if you like them gooey and soft, a little more if you like crunchy and crisp).
- Transfer cookies from sheets to a rack to cool; then transfer cooled cookies to a sealed container to prevent drying out.
