Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda, making sure there are no lumps.
  4. Mix dry ingredients with creamed mixture until everything is doughy and chocolaty. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheets and bake about 10 minutes (a little less if you like them gooey and soft, a little more if you like crunchy and crisp).
  6. Transfer cookies from sheets to a rack to cool; then transfer cooled cookies to a sealed container to prevent drying out.
