Banana Wontons
- 16 whole Bananas
- 1 stick Butter
- 40 pieces Wonton Wraps
- 1/2 cups Canola Oil (for Sauteing Wontons)
- 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Sauce
- Slice bananas about 1/3-inch thick. Set aside in a dish. Cut butter into thin slivers to layer with bananas.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place 2 slices of bananas inside with a sliver of butter atop. Wrap the wonton by folding each corner over, creating a square. Prepare wontons ahead of time prior to sauteing in a pan.
- Heat a skillet with canola oil on medium heat; add wontons to the pan and saute for about 2 minutes on each side or until a golden brown color has been reached.
- Remove from the pan, placing on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil from wontons.
- Sprinkle confectioner's sugar, covering wontons entirely. Drizzle with honey and chocolate and serve immediately.
