Peanut Butter Kiss Cookiees
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-1/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 36 whole Hershey's Chocolate Kisses, Unwrapped
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl using a mixer, mix together sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter and egg until creamy. Set aside.
- In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients (flour through salt) and add it into the peanut butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
- Using a cookie scoop place the dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes.
- Take the cookies out of the oven and push the chocolate Kiss into the top of the cookie. Let cookies cool on a cooling rack.
- Makes approximately 36 cookies.
