Danielle’S Blueberry Mashup
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 bag Frozen Blueberries (12 Oz)
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 can Buttermilk Biscuits (12oz)
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- - Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- - Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
- - In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- - Combine blueberries and sugar in a bowl and toss to coat.
- - Spoon blueberry-sugar mixture into baking dish.
- - Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- - Dip each biscuit piece into the butter, then roll in the cinnamon-brown sugar mixture to coat well.
- - Arrange biscuits in a single layer on top of blueberry mixture.
- - Bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and center is done.
- - Cool for 10 minutes, serve warm if possible.
