Protein Packed Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cups Raw Grated Carrots
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- Pinch Flaked Sea Salt
- Chopped Pecans, For Serving
- In a small Mason jar or jar of choice, combine oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, protein powder, grated carrots, spices and salt. Stir everything together. Place lid on jar and give mixture a good shake to combine ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
- You can serve oats either right from the jar or in a bowl. Simply serve with a sprinkle of chopped pecans.
- Note: Each Mason jar contains 345 calories and 23 grams of protein.
