Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2-1/4 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons, All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Crushed Pretzels (cookie Friendly Pieces)
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed with a heavy-duty electric stand mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
- 2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; gradually add to the butter mixture, beating until blended. Beat in chocolate and pretzels until just combined. Drop by 2 tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. (If baking sheet is not nonstick, put parchment paper on the baking sheet.)
- 3. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove to wire racks and cool completely before storing (about 15 minutes).
